Description
PTFE Tubing Product Overview
High-Temperature, Corrosion, and Pressure Resistance
This PTFE Tubing is engineered with high-grade PTFE hose, heat-resistant braided mesh, and advanced Japanese stainless steel double-buckle spiral hose. It performs reliably in harsh environments with high temperatures, corrosive media, and high pressures. At 3 kg/cm², it can safely handle 250°C steam internally while keeping the surface below 60°C, ensuring safe and stable operation.
Lightweight and Flexible Design
The 2m PTFE Tubing, including connectors, weighs only 500g. Its lightweight construction reduces operator fatigue and improves maneuverability. The tubing is highly flexible and resistant to creasing, which ensures unobstructed fluid or gas flow during use.
Superior Damage Resistance
Equipped with Japanese stainless steel double-buckle self-locking spiral hose protection, this PTFE Tubing can withstand tensile forces up to 180kg without damage. It is designed for demanding industrial and laboratory applications where durability is critical.
Extended Service Life
The combination of advanced materials and construction methods provides a longer lifespan compared to standard steam hoses. This reduces replacement frequency, lowers operating costs, and improves operational efficiency, making it both economical and practical.
Applications of PTFE Tubing
PTFE Tubing is widely used across industries including atomic energy, aerospace, electronics, electrical engineering, chemicals, machinery, instrumentation, construction, pharmaceuticals, food processing, and metallurgy. It is suitable for conveying highly corrosive or high-temperature media with reliability and chemical stability.
Types and Features
PTFE Tubing comes in multiple configurations:
Flat PTFE Tubing: Ideal for standard fluid transfer applications.
Corrugated PTFE Tubing: Offers greater flexibility and adaptability.
PTFE-Lined Components: Enhances the performance of metal hoses, rubber flexible connectors, and bellows compensators.
PTFE Braided Hose Structure
Constructed with a PTFE inner tube and multiple braided layers (stainless steel wire, aramid fiber, and other materials), the tubing provides excellent corrosion resistance internally and high tensile/compressive strength externally.
Available Colors
White, transparent, milky white, and customized color options to meet diverse industrial or laboratory requirements.
