Description
Product Features:
1. High-temperature, corrosion-resistant, and high-pressure resistant. This product utilizes a specially made, high-grade PTFE hose, high-temperature resistant braided mesh, and advanced Japanese stainless steel double-buckle spiral hose, making it suitable for use in harsh environments characterized by high temperatures, corrosion, and high pressure. At a pressure of 3 kg/cm², the hose can withstand 250°C steam internally while maintaining a surface temperature below 60°C, ensuring safe operation. 2. Lightweight and Flexible. This product is specially assembled, resulting in a 2m hose (including the connectors) weighing only 500g. This significantly reduces operator workload while offering exceptional flexibility and freedom from creases that could obstruct ventilation. 3. Highly resistant to damage. This product utilizes advanced Japanese stainless steel double-buckle self-locking spiral hose protection, capable of withstanding 180kg of tensile force and remaining virtually undamaged during normal use. 4. Durable. Combined with these advantages, this product significantly exceeds the service life of existing steam hoses, eliminating the need for replacement during extended use. This significantly reduces operating costs, improves efficiency, and is economical and practical.
Product Introduction:
PTFE hoses function similarly to stainless steel metal hoses. They have a fine, dense appearance, are free of mechanical impurities, and possess high strength. They offer excellent chemical stability, corrosion resistance, sealing properties, self-lubrication, non-stick properties, electrical insulation, and excellent aging resistance. They can be used for extended periods at temperatures between -60°C and 250°C, and possess reliable and excellent corrosion resistance, making them suitable for conveying highly corrosive media at high temperatures.
Applications:
PTFE hoses are widely used in industries such as atomic energy, defense, aerospace, electronics, electrical engineering, chemicals, machinery, instrumentation, construction, textiles, metal surface treatment, pharmaceuticals, medical treatment, textiles, food, and metallurgy.
Types and Characteristics: PTFE hoses come in two main types: flat PTFE hoses and corrugated PTFE hoses. Corrugated PTFE hoses are more flexible than flat PTFE hoses. Furthermore, metal hoses, rubber flexible connectors, and bellows compensators can be lined with PTFE to enhance their performance.
PTFE Braided Hose Structure:
Constructed of a PTFE inner tube and braided layers of stainless steel wire, aramid fiber, and other materials. The inner layer offers strong corrosion resistance, while the outer layer enhances compressive and tensile strength.
Colors:
Available in white, transparent, milky white, and other colors.
Common Specifications of PTFE Hose:
Inner Diameter:
Generally ranges from 1/8 inch to 4 inches.
Wall Thickness:
Generally ranges from 1/32 inch to 1/4 inch.
Length:
Generally ranges from 10 feet to 50 feet.
Pressure Resistance:
Generally ranges from 150 psi to 3000 psi.
Temperature Range:
Generally ranges from -100°F to 500°F.
Hose dimensions can be customized to meet customer requirements. The hose extruder equipment is the same, differing only in the base die. It should be noted that PTFE hose specifications may vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, and the specific choice should be based on the application scenario and requirements.
Polytetrafluoroethylene Raw Materials
Powdered Resin
Powdered resin is the primary raw material for polytetrafluoroethylene. It features high crystallinity and an extremely high molecular weight, and is commonly processed into products such as sheets and pipes.
Concentrated Dispersions
Concentrated dispersions are also a raw material used primarily for producing products with specific shapes, such as pipes, valves, and other components, through mold formation.
